  • Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their privacy policies.

  • Our commercial APIs are designed to be PHI-free, meaning they do not require or intentionally process personally identifiable health information.
  • Our platform is HIPAA-aligned, following industry best practices for security, data minimization, and responsible handling of health-related information.
  • We implement controls to ensure health-related inputs are handled in a de-identified and privacy-preserving manner wherever possible.

Important: GrocerAI is not a covered entity or healthcare provider and does not operate as a system of record for protected health information (PHI).
